Kate Laugesen
BBS, CA
A local CHB girl, Kate attended Central Hawke's Bay College then Massey University, graduating in 1994 with a BBS with endorsements in Accountancy. She went on to become a qualified Chartered Accountant in 1998.
Kate has worked locally all her professional life and is married to local farmer, Graeme. Together they lease a farm at Patangata - a busy and happy life with three young children.
Being personally involved in farming, Kate has an interest in farm accounting and also enjoys keeping up to date with current taxation law.
Kate believes in the importance of maintaining a healthy work / life balance and works part-time managing our Waipawa Office. She also enjoys gardening, relaxing at Lake Waikaremoana, spending time with her family and is involved with her children's kindergarten and school committees.
