Dick has been a partner of a chartered accountancy practice for more than 40 years, having gained his ACA qualification at the tender age of 21.
His principal ideals are using his knowledge, integrity and commitment to help clients achieve their aims and ambitions.
Dick has wide ranging skills in client tax accounting, business planning and structural development for company trusts, farms and small businesses over a range of sectors. He is continually updating his knowledge on company and tax laws, as well as tax defence strategies and the most effective ways to structure and finance businesses.
As a registered member of NZ Trustees Association, Dick has served on the executive committee of the local Institute of Chartered Accountants for 10 years in various roles from chairman to tax convener to educational seminars organiser.
Dick is a family man with three grown children and four grandchildren. He enjoys playing bridge, cycling and following rugby.
